SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Mint Style Noosa QLD, Australia using Australia Post. We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless goods are temporarily out of stock in which case we will endeavour to contact you to notify of the delay. We can not guarantee that all orders will be sent out within 24 hours but do our best to ensure they are shipped promptly.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This will depend on where you live of course. We use Australia post for all deliveries so you can contact us or Australia post to ask approximate delivery times to your area from our postcode of 4567. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays and weekends). If we do not have something in stock, we will endevour to contact you to let you know.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 7-10 days and we will contact Australia post to track it down. On occasion, parcels are at your local post office awaiting collection due to a notification card not being left in your letterbox. Please do not wait weeks before notifying us as the longer it is left the harder it can be to locate your parcel. Please email style@mintnoosa.com for any queries.
